Casanova Prosecco D.O.C. Extra Dry wine is of a bright straw yellow colour with greenish reflex. Lively perlage, and intense floral scents of white flowers and fruity scents of golden apple. It has a good intensity, fresh, elegant and soft at taste, pleasantly sugary.

Actual alcoholic title: 11% vol

Sugar residue: 15 – 17 g/l n

Serving suggestions

Should be served at a temperature between 6° and 8° C, and to taste it a rather large tulip-shaped glass is recom- mended, which allows you to appreciate the aromas in their richness.

Pairings

Excellent as an aperitif, it is ideal with legume and seafood soups, pasta with delicate meat sauces, fresh cheeses and white meats.
