  • Characteristics

    A unique 100% single malt whisky made in Spain, a must for lovers of top-quality whisky. A selection of vintages from 6 to 13 years of a unique 100% pure malt whisky made in Spain, with water from the melting snow of Sierra Nevada and aged in Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso wine barrels. On the nose it opens with notes of dried fruits, Christmas cake and cinnamon. Very sherry-like, the sweet and spicy spiciness of Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso highlight interesting aromas. The palate is equally excellent. More PX notes mixed with ginger, oak and sweet red wine. Vanilla and honey add sweetness and give it a very distinctive touch. Dried fruits also appear, including raisins. The finish is bold, lingering on dried raisins and apricots.
